APPROACH
First Principles are the fundamental concepts on which a theory, system, or method is based. We believe that there are three First Principles underlying all financial markets.
-
Market activity is the result of market participants making decisions based on data.
-
Market participants are a heterogeneous group that optimize over price and various time horizons.
-
Market participants make decisions within the context of behavioral finance and market microstructure.
Our trading model applies game theory within the constraints of behavioral finance and market microstructure to optimize trading decisions across time and price while maintaining strict risk management protocols.
